Winchester Endoscopy Center partners with Surgical Care Affiliates

DEERFIELD - Surgical Care Affiliates has partnered with the physician members of Winchester Endoscopy Center in a new ambulatory surgical facility in Libertyville.

The center will provide a full suite of gastroenterology services to the community in a high quality low cost setting, and represents an important access point for high quality, low cost gastroenterology services in the community. This partnership expands SCA's presence in the Chicago area to six locations and aligns SCA with an additional six high-quality physicians.

"We are excited to have SCA as our partner as we open the doors of our new facility. SCA will enable us to continue to provide our best in class endoscopy services to our patients," said Dr. Arkan Alrashid, a founding physician of WEC.

SCA Vice President David Spaccarelli said WEC "provides patients with outpatient gastroenterology services in a high-quality and convenient setting.
