Alden Management names new CEO

CHICAGO - Robert J. Molitor, of Wayne, has been promoted to chief executive officer of Chicago-based Alden Management Services,

A 27-year veteran of Alden, Molitor will be responsible for adding new senior living communities and also identifying growth opportunities at Alden's existing 45 post-acute rehabilitation centers, assisted living residences and independent senior living communities throughout Illinois and southern Wisconsin.

He also will be responsible for strategic planning at various ancillary companies, which include home medical equipment, home health, hospice and therapy services.

He joined Alden in 1989 and served as chief operating officer (COO) for the past 10 years.

Molitor and his wife Michele have lived in Wayne for 16 years.
