In order to provide superior customer service and added convenience for those in the community, Antioch has launched FrontDesk, an online tool that allows citizens to interact with their local government in one convenient place.
With FrontDesk, you can:
- Conveniently access your water and sewer utility account and usage information, pay your bi-monthly utility bills online, anytime.
- Receive your Antioch water and sewer utility bills electronically to reduce your stack of paper bills.
- Enroll in autopay so you no longer need to remember to manually pay your bills. Goodbye late fees!
- Receive important communications, alerts, and notices from the Village of Antioch via email or text.
