Candidate with great plans for Geneva

When people ask me why I'm supporting Tom Simonian for Mayor, I tell them there are many reasons to vote for Tom.

First, he's been relentless in analyzing the city budget and trying to save the taxpayers money ever since he became an Alderman. I've personally worked with Tom on the Geneva City Council and witnessed, firsthand, his efforts to control spending. Some may feel that we have to spend money to provide our current level of service, but Tom feels we always need to re-evaluate our priorities and our expenses. He takes spending citizens' tax dollars very seriously.

Tom also sees Geneva's future in growth, not in maintaining the status quo. I believe that he will actively pursue new opportunities and fresh ideas. You can't expect prosperity when growth is stagnant. With his leadership qualities, love of family, and business talent, I see Tom making Geneva an even more attractive community for families to raise their children and for businesses to thrive.

The third reason I support Tom is because his business experience has taught him that you have to have the desire and the drive to go above and beyond in order to become successful. This quality makes him an Ideal CEO and an ideal candidate for Mayor.
