Questions loom over miles driven tax

Miles Driven Tax. It sounds like a good idea, but there are many questions to be answered first.

1. Will the present gas pump tax be removed?

2. If so, how will mileage tax be collected from out of state vehicles be collected?

3. Will all vehicles be required to have mileage recorded by module similar to the IPAs and the mileage tax be added to your gas bill?

4. Will the present gas pump tax be increased for vehicles without modules be taxed at the increased pump rate?

All these questions must be answered before we begin testing the MDT idea.
