Money, irony, politics
Has it really come to this?
Peter Roskam takes millions from high-powered lobbyists including The Koch Industries' hired lobbying firms and The American Chemistry Council, both of which lobby for lifting regulations preventing the release of toxic chemicals into the air and waterways.
Roskam then uses the money to run ads accusing his opponent, Sean Casten, of being, of all things, a lobbyist for his clean energy business.
Can we finally see how ridiculous this is and take money out of politics?
