Watch candidates discuss race for Wheeling village president

Watch incumbent Patrick Horcher and challenger Steven Mark Smith discuss issues in the race for Wheeling village president with a member of the Daily Herald editorial board.

The candidates discussed a wide range of issues, including budgeting, taxes and economic development.

The election is April 6. Mail-in and some early in-person voting are under way now. Expanded early voting begins March 22.
