Committee to talk county board rules

The Lake County Board's rules committee will meet Wednesday to discuss various changes to the board's procedures and internal policies.

The committee met earlier this month to draft sweeping changes to how board members pay for work-related expenses, including abolishing credit cards for members.

The meeting is set for 1:30 p.m. at the county government building, 18 N. County St., Waukegan.
