Man seriously injured in Aurora crash

A single-vehicle crash Friday night in Aurora left one man seriously injured.

The Aurora Police Department responded about 7:10 p.m. to Butterfield Road and DuPage Parkway. The crash victim was taken to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, police said.

Butterfield Road between Kirk and Eola roads were expected to be shut down for several hours as police investigated the crash, authorities said Friday night.
