Trails are a treasure

The biking/hiking trails in Lake County are a real treasure! Special thanks to Libertyville Township for building the new Bull Creek trail that connects to the Casey Road trail. The new trail has a long bridge over wetlands. Also, thanks to the Lake County Forest Preserve for completing the Des Plaines River trail with the section along the river in Lincolnshire and for continued progress on the Millennium Trail. The trails greatly add to bike riding safety and to the quality of life in Lake County and is money well spent.
