Governor didn't listen

One thing I noticed about Bruce Rauner is that he rarely is seen with his mouth closed. This means that he is talking and not listening. Compromise is doing things his way and other suggestions are not welcome but result in desk pounding, etc.

His "turn-around-agenda" may or may not have merit, but you can't drop it on people who have been doing the same thing the same way for decades. It is too much for most people and will be resisted at all costs. If Rauner had eased his agenda in a piece at a time, he would have had more success.

He is used to running his own company, where everybody works for him, but being governor means that only your staff works for you and no one else. He lost the battle before he even began.

But, he's not that smart and blames everyone else for his failure. JB may not be any better, but he looks to be a lot smarter.
