Letter: Byron York leaves out important context

In his zeal to criticize President Joe Biden's immigration policy, columnist Byron York neglected to include that there will be a 30,000 monthly quota on four main countries from which immigrants originate.

Anyone who does not file properly ahead of time will be refused entry.

But in his excitement to use his sarcasm, he notes Biden seeks to let smugglers in immediately.
