Stand for those who stood for country

This is to all those; "freedom to kneel" supporters who fail to stand for our "National Anthem." If you can't stand for our anthem, then what will you stand for in life? When I stand and salute I am honoring my fellow soldiers in arms.

Those men and women who have stood for our freedom deserve a stand and more.

When I stand and salute, I am honoring my fellow soldiers in arms who cannot stand because they gave their lives for our country and our freedom.

I stand for: William Brown, Jimmy Cruz, David Welsh and Bodo Vetter, who gave their lives while serving with me during the Vietnam war. They can never stand again, so I stand for them.

Please put away your petty grievances and stand in honor of our proud soldiers who would die for you in battle so you can kneel. Let your hearts be warmed by their service and dedication to America and stand to honor them while you still can.

Love and prayers to all of you from a proud American,

Lawrence M. Piemontese
