FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) - Authorities have ruled the death of a Fort Wayne man fatally shot by police Sunday as a homicide.
Officials said the man allegedly fired on pursuing officers. The Allen County Coroner's Office on Tuesday said the gunman was 62-year-old Abraham Martinez.
