Oakbrook Terrace company arranges sale of 12-unit apartment building

Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate investment services firm with offices in Oakbrook Terrace, announced the sale of 5700 108th St., a 12-unit apartment property located in Chicago Ridge.

The property sold for $730,000.

Ryan D. Engle and Andrean Angelov, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, Johnson Management Services, was also secured by Ryan D. Engle and Andrean Angelov.

The property is located at 5700 108th St. in Chicago Ridge and consists of four one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and eight two-bedroom/one-bathroom units measuring approximately 700 and 800 square feet, respectively. The property features ample off-street parking and on-site laundry.
