Community Action Partnership of Lake County hosts pop-up food giveaway Friday

Community Action Partnership of Lake County will host a pop-up food giveaway from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, in Waukegan.

The drive-through event will be held at CAP Banquet Hall & Dining on Genesee, 206 N. Genesee St. Participants should follow the signs and will be directed by volunteers, but should stay in their vehicles and wear a mask.

Pop the trunk and boxes will be placed inside. The event will last for two hours or until supplies last.
