Palatine Township District 15 starts help line

Palatine Township Elementary District 15 has started a help line that's a call or text away. Officials said the line is available from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and will be handled by the student services staff. Reasons to call or text include social or emotional concerns; a need for resources such as food, housing and transportation; or ideas on how to support a child during the state's stay-at-home order. The English number is (847) 460-2099 and (847) 460-2129 for Spanish. Calls or texts received outside of these hours will be answered the following work day.
