Man shot multiple times in Aurora

Aurora police are investigating after a man was shot Thursday afternoon on the city's east side.

Officers responded to the 900 block of North Avenue just after 1:40 p.m. and found a 31-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was in critical condition but stable Friday evening, according to a news release.
