Blame Congress

Just a short answer to Mr. John Zitkus' letter complaining about an increase in his taxes (I assume he's referring to federal taxes). I would like to point out that the president cannot raise taxes. Only the Congress can so. If his federal taxes were increased, it was not the fault of the president but of the Republican-led Congress.
