Give attention to other candidates
Hard to believe, but the media and the press are again giving more publicity and more life to a candidate who is a true threat to our democracy. At the Republican debate eight, candidates tried to speak to issues. I'm not sure I'd be a supporter, but we do need a two-party system and we do need thoughtful, moral conservatives to speak up.
After the debate, it is all about who wasn't there. Days before and no end in sight, the person who wasn't there. Really?
CNN read his entire tweet, just in case a supporter missed it. Cover the candidates. Give someone a chance to be heard. Use their names.
In the paper after the debate, whose name was in the headline? Who had the largest picture? No need to guess. I know farther into the paper, the other candidates were covered, but they are always talked about as "the other candidates."
I know the coming arraignment is news, no way to avoid that, but every step? Every moment of every day? And more than a year to go? He isn't the one "sucking the air out of the room."
