One injured in Long Grove crash

A two-vehicle crash in Long Grove Sunday afternoon left one person with non-life threatening injuries and moderate damage to both vehicles.

The Long Grove Fire Department responded to the crash, which occurred at Old McHenry Road and Route 53 just after 2 p.m. Sunday One victim was taken to a local hospital.

The crash led to brief road closures before crews were able to clear the roads.
