Do immigration the right way

It is very disheartening to see illegal immigrants and their supporters protesting in the streets of America while carrying the flag of their "home" country. What right do they have in this country? Do their wants and needs trump the needs of American citizens?

Are we supposed to think that our foreign policy, and the security of our borders should be based on what they want? Your protest in our streets while carrying a foreign flag is an affront to every citizen who has fought and died for this nation.

This citizen thinks that border security is more important than allowing the free flow of unknown people across our borders and into this nation. The travel ban is due to the inability of the various affected nations to adequately provide needed information about those who are leaving.

This taxpayer thinks that this nation of legal immigrants deserves the best protection possible.

Legal immigration is good for the country. We need certain skill sets in order to maintain our competitive edge in the global market. Let's do it the right way. Obey our laws and apply for entry.
