Keith Semple to play Hoffman Estates July 27

Keith Semple Band will play at Hoffman Estates' Village Green at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 27, as part of the "Summer Sounds on the Green" concert series.

Hailing from Northern Ireland, Semple has enjoyed a prolific music career. He has been featured on competitive singing shows in his native U.K. and has performed with bands in both the U.K. and the U.S.

The Virginia Mary Hayter Village Green is located at 5510 Prairie Stone Parkway, across the street from the Sears Centre Arena in the Poplar Creek at 59/90 "Entertainment District."

Admission is free. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair. Picnics are welcome.
