Leinenkugel's launches anniversary lager in Rosemont

A Leinenkugel's 150th Anniversary Lager launch party will be held Wednesday night at Hofbrauhaus Chicago in Rosemont's entertainment district.

The limited-edition lager was created through a partnership between Leinenkugel and Munich-based Hofbrau München.

The party starts at 6:30 p.m., with a ceremonial keg tapping at 7:30 p.m. by Dick and John Leinenkugel. The first 200 guests at the event will receive a commemorative Leinenkugel souvenir.

Hofbrauhaus is located at 5500 Park Place in Rosemont's MB Financial Park.
