Free concert at Fremont library

A free concert is set for 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 6 at the Fremont Township Library, 1700 N. Midlothian Road, Mundelein. Dan Zahn and Kate Moretti have performed as a duo throughout the Midwest for more than a decade, becoming Briar Road last year with the addition of Rusty Winchel on bass and vocal harmonies. Using guitars, mandolin, ukulele and banjo to back up their voices, they perform a wide variety of musical styles from original tunes and cowboy songs to 1940s style jazz and swing.
