Grain mixed, livestock lower
CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery was 2.50 cents lower at $4.6020 a bushel; May corn was 1.25 cents higher at $3.5920 bushel; May oats was 1.25 cents higher at $1.8460 a bushel; while May soybeans lost 2.50 cents to $9.0520 a bushel.
Beef lower and pork prices were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
April live cattle was .95 cent lower at $1.3113 a pound; April feeder cattle was .30 cent lower at $1.5288 a pound; April lean hogs lost .03 cents to $.6748 a pound.
