Hanover Park manufacturing plant receives national award for excellence
Camcraft, a machine part manufacturing plant, in Hanover Park, by the village board this week for being named one of IndustryWeek's best plants of 2015. The award recognizes North American companies that increase competitiveness and enhance customer and employee satisfaction. Camcraft was one of eight plants in North America to receive the award. Village President Rod Craig congratulated Camcraft for their "commitment to continuous improvements for its employees and customers, and a long dignified history in the village of Hanover Park." Camcraft moved to Hanover Park in 1994 and employs 245 people at 1080 Muirfield Drive.
