We must stand up against racist comments
The president recently made a remark that continued to expose his racism. In addition to being offensive, it has potentially put 6,000 American troops in Africa in danger.
I'm 69. Served in the Air Force from '67 to '71. A couple of those years were spent in a Southeastern state where I got to see the actions of the KKK and racism.
From my perspective, the country is better than this. We all have the responsibility to speak out and condemn these remarks. By not condemning these remarks, and those who make them, we are enabling this behavior to grow.
It is too late to condemn those remarks now. You've already demonstrated your racism, or enabling of racism.
