'Girls on the Town' in Palatine set for April 20

The Downtown Palatine Business Association is hosting its annual "Girls on the Town" event from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 20.

Attendees will get to enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and wine tastings, along with special offers, giveaways, product and service demonstrations, and exciting raffles for baskets filled with gift certificates from dozens of businesses. More than downtown businesses are taking part. Men are welcome, officials said.

Passports required for entrance into the event are available for purchase for $5 at any of the participating locations now through the night of the event. For a full list of participants, visit www.downtownpalatine.org.
