Streamline signs first California partnership

OAKBROOK TERRACE - Streamline Healthcare Solutions said its web-based electronic health record platform will be used to upgrade the system of Granite Wellness Centers in Grass Valley, California.

Streamline's SmartCare platform will support the organization's strategic plan and help it meet its integrated care model, the company said.

Granite Wellness Centers provides an array of prevention, intervention and treatment services to address substance use disorders, including outpatient and residential treatment, withdrawal management, medication-assisted treatment, housing and ancillary services.
