How to get water alerts in Lake County

Residents and businesses who receive water services from the Lake County Public Works Department can receive notifications of boil water orders, water main breaks, service disruptions, upcoming project work and more.

Customers can sign up for CodeRED, the new alert system used by the public works department. Register to receive alerts by phone, text message and email.
