Big garage sale in Buffalo Grove

Vernon Township officials will hold their eighth annual community garage sale on June 18. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the west parking lot of the Prairie View Metra station, which is on Main Street just north of Route 22 in Buffalo Grove. More than 60 vendors are expected. Proceeds will benefit the Vernon Township food pantry.
