Naperville cops hunting for home burglars
Naperville police are asking the public for help in their investigation of numerous residential burglaries between Aug. 6 and 11 in which intruders escaped with large-screen TVs, laptop computers, cellular phones, iPads, video game systems, jewelry, credit cards, cash and a bicycle.
Police say they have no suspects in the burglaries that occurred on the 500 block of Cypress Drive, 300 block of Elmwood Drive, 600 block of Gettysburg Court, 700 block of West Gartner Drive, 700 block of Alexandria Drive, 1100 block of Tennyson Lane and 1900 block of Appaloosa Drive.
Police said many of the houses were left unlocked.
Anyone with information is asked to call Naperville Crime Stoppers at (630) 420-6006. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and callers may remain anonymous.
