Free marching band concert Oct. 11 at Mundelein High

Mundelein High School's instrumental music department will showcase the Marching Mustangs with an indoor concert next week.

The show is set for 7 p.m. Oct. 11 in the main gymnasium. Admission is free.

The band will perform the field show music from this year, "The Music of Aaron Copland." In addition, the band also will play music that they play from the stands, parades and pregame shows.

Andrew Sturgeon and Jerald Shelato direct the instrumental music program.
