Hoffer Plastics' initiative aimed at future employees

SOUTH ELGIN - Hoffer Plastics Corp. said it has embarked on a "Break The Mold" initiative to create job interest in the field of manufacturing in the Chicago area.

Through it's video series and creation of a dedicated Web page, the custom injection molding company is amplifying voices of its employees who say they wish they knew more about manufacturing job opportunities when they were in high school.
