As promised

Almost a year ago I submitted the following to Gov. Pritzker: I would be willing to vote yes to the Fair Tax Amendment, providing 1) you promote consolidating school districts (saving taxpayers money) 2) promote the Fair Map Amendment and 3) amend the Constitution to permit new employees access to a 401(k) type of retirement plan, or better yet change the existing law to at least eliminate the automatic 3% clause, in addition, 4) eliminate some of the 7,000 plus local units of government.

Nothing happened (surprise) so I vote no.
