Dickens of a Holiday in Libertyville

Dickens of a Holiday will be Dec. 7 and 14 in downtown Libertyville. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in Cook Park from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m. each Saturday.

The Children's Holiday Shoppe, open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each week at Petranek's Pharmacy, 426 N. Milwaukee Ave., allows children to shop on their own with the assistance of helper elves.

Gifts will be wrapped, labeled, ready to put under the tree.

The popular Victorian Tea offers pastries, scones and finger sandwiches.
