Opening night benefit concert at Barrington's White House
A season opening night benefit concert is set for Barrington's White House on Saturday, Sept. 14. The black-tie-optional fundraiser will begin with an elegant cocktail party at 6 p.m., followed by the Grammy-nominated Lincoln Trio in concert at 7:30 p.m. Hailed as one of the hottest young trios in the business, Barrington native Marta Aznavoorian will return to play piano, with Desirée Ruhstrat on violin and David Cunliffe on cello. All proceeds from this special evening will support White House cultural events.
