Aurora church to host harp recital Aug. 12

Plano resident Nichole Luchs, a popular Chicago-area harpist, will perform a recital at 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, at Wesley United Methodist Church, 14 N. May St. in Aurora.

The public is invited. Admission, parking and post-recital refreshments are free.

Luchs is an active freelance musician who performs throughout Illinois and Iowa. She is the principal harpist for the Peoria Symphony, DuPage Symphony and Illinois Valley Symphony.
