March for Life deserved coverage

I just want to say I am disappointed in the Daily Herald. You did not even mention the March for Life that happened in Chicago on Sunday, Jan. 17.

In spite of the extreme cold, more than 5,000 people were at the event.

I was proud to march for life that day to show that abortion kills a child. You also failed to even mention the March for Life that took place in Washington, D.C. on January 22nd where tens of thousands people came out in spite of the blizzard that was approaching that city.

I suppose if 200 or so people came out to protest dogs or cats being abused you would run it on the front page.

Perhaps next year you will put something in the paper but I won't count on it.
