Aurora's RiverEdge Park to host Blue Oyster Cult and Foghat in July
Classic rock bands Blue Öyster Cult and Foghat are set to share a concert bill at Aurora's RiverEdge Park in July.
Roger Earl formed Foghat with the late Lonesome Dave Peverett back in 1971, and Earl is still touring with the band famed for hits like "Slow Ride" and "Honey Hush."
Also turning 50 is Blue Öyster Cult, which is known for hits like "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" and "Burnin' for You."
Gates open at 6 p.m. with the concert starting at 8 p.m. Saturday, July 2, at 360 N. Broadway.
