Geneva streams Toni Morrison film

The Geneva Cultural Arts Commission is sponsoring a virtual screening and discussion of the documentary "Toni Morrison: The Pieces I Am." The film can be virtually streamed through Sunday, Feb. 28, by registering via email to culturalarts@geneva.il.us.

Those who watch the film can also participate in an online discussion at 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, with Northern Illinois University professor Amy Levin as a panelist.

During her six-decade career, Morrison earned numerous honors including the Pulitzer Prize and the Nobel Prize in literature. Her novels include "Song of Solomon," "Beloved" and "A Mercy."
