Short-sighted critic

I think it's interesting (but not surprising) that Byron York is quick to criticize President Biden for "stranding" hundreds of Americans while focused on removing troops. The Trump administration made no efforts to evacuate Americans after announcing the planned troop withdrawal (he had time "on his side") but was obsessively focused on overturning the election results.

York is silent on THAT reality.

I like the Herald's balance on its editorial page, but York "tips the scale" too far to the right.
