Kitchen safety class for teens in Mundelein

The Fremont Public Library in Mundelein will hold a free kitchen safety class for teens on Wednesday.

The course will run from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the library, 1170 N. Midlothian Road. It's a prerequisite for any future teen chef programs. Basic cooking skills will be taught, too.
