Grant 4, Johnsburg 3: Valentin Cerna scored the winning run for Grant's baseball team in the top of the seventh as the Bulldogs earned a 4-3 victory over Johnsburg on Monday in nonconference play.

Danny Laughery had a 2-run double for Grant and pitcher Carlos Martinez got the win while Jay Patel earned a save.

Round Lake 11, Woodstock North 8: Round Lake was up 5-0 after one inning.

Wyatt Hill scored 4 runs on 2 hits and Lucas Hollingsworth drove in 3 runs on 2 hits.

Mundelein 19, Wauconda 2: Mundelein rolled over Wauconda as Drew Breitenreiter and Jeff Morton each had 2 hits. Breitenreiter also drove in 3 runs.

Pitcher Auston Greco got the win for Mundelein, rolling up 4 strikeouts over 3 innings.

Brett Winkel had 2 hits and drove in both Wauconda runs.

Warren 5, Grayslake North 1: Riley Kocen blasted 2 doubles to lead Warren.

Pitcher Evan Hill got the win with 3 strikeouts over 3⅓ innings.

Austin Delao had 3 hits for Grayslake North.
