Reid lifts Schaumburg Christian

Sophomore Summer Reid scored 21 points with seven 3-pointers, the final one coming in the final seconds to lift Schaumburg Christian's girls basketball team to 43-42 win over Elgin Academy.

Reid is averaging 29.6 points over the last three games.

Schaumburg Christian is now 3-4 and 1-1.

Crystal Lake South 49, Hoffman Estates 21: Sophomore guard Ashley Oliver's 15 points led the Hawks (1-12) in their third game of the Northern Illinois Holiday Classic at McHenry High School.
