Longtime College of Lake County trustee leaving

Barbara D. Oilschlager, who has served on the College of Lake County board for three decades, will not seek re-election April 2.

"Sometimes you have to know when it's time to retire and to move on," she said at Tuesday's board meeting according to a college news release.

Oilschlager said with new President Lori Suddick on board since May, it's a good time to depart. "I think you're going to see some really great things happening and we are in really good hands," she said.
