College of Lake County hosts 10th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser March 13

The 10th annual Empty Bowls Project will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at the College of Lake County's Grayslake campus, 19351 W. Washington St.

The event is presented by the CLC Ceramics and Hospitality and Culinary Management departments and held in the Student Street Room C106.

For a $15 minimum donation, visitors can choose a ceramic bowl or plate and get a bowl of chili and cornbread. Proceeds benefit the Northern Illinois Food Bank and CLC Cares.
