Aurora church to host Easter egg hunt

New England Congregational Church, 406 W. Galena Blvd. in Aurora, will host an annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 16.

Children, from 1-year-old through fourth grade, are invited. Admission and parking are free. Participants should bring their own baskets.

The event will open at 11 a.m. in Friendship Hall on the church's third floor. Table activities, a selfie station and more are planned.

After indoor activities, children will hunt for eggs outdoors on the church grounds.

Audra Darche, event coordinator, said "This event will take place regardless of rain or shine. Bring your children, grandchildren, neighbors and friends."
