NAI Hiffman brokers $36 million sale-leaseback of warehouse near O'Hare International Airport

ITASCA - NAI Hiffman, the largest independent real estate services firm in the Midwest, announced it recently brokered the sale-leaseback of a 251,909-square-foot warehouse located at 1455 W. Thorndale Ave. in Itasca, about 5 miles west of O'Hare International Airport.

Patrick Sullivan, executive vice president of capital markets, and Eric Tresslar, executive vice president of industrial services, represented Top-Line Furniture in the $36 million sale of its facility to High Street Logistics Properties, headquartered in Woburn, Mass. Top-Line Furniture subsequently entered into a long-term lease for the property.

1455 W. Thorndale Ave. is located in the highly sought-after O'Hare submarket, where the current vacancy rate is 2.09%, according to NAI Hiffman research.
